Do you ever feel like you can't seem to get past a feeling of hopelessness or that you just don't seem to have what it takes? You try harder and harder to push past those feelings and thoughts, but the harder you try the more they feel true. You push and push refusing to give in and beat yourself up to become better.... until you reach that point where you can't do it anymore... you get really quite and wait... singing so softly that you can hardly hear your own voice. You start to feel that small and quivering truth, blurry and almost out of reach, forming ever so slightly in your mind. Drawing you back to the truth that is deeper than any feeling and deeper than any idea. A belief, that no bad day or problem can change.
This is a song that came from one of my moments like this. Back on Saturday November 11. May you return to the quiet simplicity of the truth that you were born for.
